my promos are bugged

i was in promos and i had lost one game but then won 2 games and wasnt promoted and it said i have been placed in another series for the same rank took one game lost and fell im no in a series anymore. it didnt say anything i just clicked my profile and instead of it saying i was in a series with one loss it say i have 86 lp. please someone tell me wtf is going on.
