CANNOT LOGIN TO GAME

I literally cannot login to the game. Every time I try, it says an Unknown Error has occurred. I can't even submit a ticket because when I try to log in through my browser, Riot Support says that its servers are temporarily unavailable. I can't login to Riot to update my account either. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do now lmao.
