[GAMEPLAY] Syndra ultimate cooldown bug

[GAMEPLAY] Syndra's ultimate cooldown doesn't refresh when she uses it. The ultimate indicator (green button) doesn't refresh, it looks like she's gonna have ult any second now, but in reality she just used it and won't have it for a long time.
