[Crash] My game will never end and i cant reconnect, Help please

I started to play my first ranked game finally so I picked Jayce mid and started to go beastmode. i was like 10/0/6 or something so i had alot of cash and thought it was time to go B and shop. and then i just disconnect and nothing happens so I shut down the game and tru to reconnect that way. and now i cant start the game at all the screen just goes black and nothing loads. i just come back to the launcher who says reconnect to game. its been like this for over 1,5 hour now and its driving me crazy that nothing happens!! i need help. thanks!
