Patch 5.14 after logging on screen freezes

ok so a couple of days ago i recently downloaded the 5.14 patch but the problem is after you log in it freezes your computer so u have to restart it and also from time to time i get the black screen anyway i have reinstalled league of legends to see if that works but it doesnt plz fix :(
