lol crashing in champion select

so... my lol has suddenly started to crash while i am in champion select. while its crashed i cant ban a champion and time runs out.... i have lost many promos because of this. and now i have 30m queue ban. riot can you fix this please its starting to tilt me. what i mean is while i am in champ select, something creates a new lol page and it says that cant load this file and my lol crashes.
