Road Warrior Miss Fortune Bug

So this happened around a week ago and is still happening for me, but Miss Fortune's Road Warrior skin won't appear when in battle. I'm pretty sure I selected the skin as it says "currently selected skin" but instead, the classic skin appears. My summoner spells when playing are teleport and flash I've tried this over 3 games and this has happened each time, so idrk what's going on XD small question: do we get rp for finding bugs? XD
