Same, just happened to me. It said +0 even though we won, Draft Pick match. I also would have leveled up from 44 to 45.

UPDATE: I just got the xp and the loot.

Same just happened to me. Played Yasuo in draft normal and lost, would have gotten to level 52 either way.
