Darius Cannot hook people caught in Nami Bubble
Tested on multiple targets in my last ranked game, if a target is bubbled by nami and darius presses e to hook them they simply bounce in place.

That's because Nami's Bubble is a "stasis", but a form of soft-statis that allows your team to also damage them. Nami's bubble stops displacement effects such as Darius' pull, Hecarim's E, Skarner's R etc.
