Cassiopeia's W is invisible

Now I know this isn't just me because I had a friend in a skype call to confirm it. On the new SSR 's w is completely invisible on the ground. The only sign of her using it is the animation of her throwing purple gas onto the ground. This is very annoying when you are starting a team fight and you cant figure out why you are poisoned and slowed. Please figure out what is causing this bug (also please fix the bug where he can be killed by smite in his altimate! <3).
