bug

ok so i have had this problem twice within the lat 3 months were i am in game i can move i can but thats it, i cant open shop use abilities unless i click on them and drag i cant recall cant use summons and when i sign back in i can its normal but when im in gaame im screwed and obviously in time the bug will come back.This happened in a ranked game and in a norms game plz fix this riot,
