[GAMEPLAY] Talon W/Ult bug

If Ekko Q's then dies, timewinder still comes back to him. If Ahri Q's then dies, it also comes back. So why is it that Talon's W and R don't? There have been many time where if my ult/W would have come back before I died the assassination would have been successful. If Ahri and Ekko get this, why doesn't Talon? ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ﾉ FIX or RIOT ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ﾉ
