Lag on Nidalee's abilities and summoners

Running the game at 150 fps and 45 ping constantly. Have been playing the game for six years and have never experienced any issues running this game on my internet or PC. There is some major lag maybe like 3 seconds. when switching between Nidalee's human and cougar form and when using all abilities in cougar form. Also, smite has about a 3 or so second lag making it impossible to kill baron or dragon sometimes while allowing for the enemy to steal it with no issue. I've been playing Nidalee for a very long time but I didn't start noticing this until patch 6.10.
