Weird lines appearing on screen

So I recently reinstalled league after a break for a few months. I noticed while playing my first game as irelia that blue lines would appear on my screen when i would dash. I also had this problem on SG lulu when I backed with her. I tried playing again tonight since irelia was reworked and the issue was still happening. Aery would create purple lines wherever I moved, Irelia's dash would create blue lines, and her passive would create golden lines wherever i moved. I've never seen this before in the two years i've played league and I don't know what's causing it. I also have no idea what other champions have this issue. Also the lines would go away if i moved them over my champion by moving the camera. Does anyone know what is causing this?
