Screen freezing after putting in login info.

So last night i was playing and my computer crashed in the middle of a game. I restarted my computer but when i went to put my info in to log in it succesfully logged my in but 5/10 seconds later it froze. I had no chance to hit play or navigate my way through the client as it would freeze my whole computer and have to force shut down. ive tried multiple times to log in but freezes at exact same time every time. I tried checking all my settings reinstalling LoL and updated all my system any help would be appreciated.
