[GAMEPLAY] Sion's Decimating Smash and Unstoppable Onslaught bugging out

Ever since Sion's major update, I have been experiencing some game breaking glitches with him. Most prominently, when someone stuns you in some form or way whilst revving up his Q, in some cases, he will never be able to use his Q or R again. Under these circumstances I have tried clicking the ability, rebinding it, and even restarting league with my team's permission. Most recently, this had happened against a Darius, where is bugged out when he pulled me. Though, the first time he did pull me whilst I was using my Q, it didn't bug out, leaving me to believe that this bug may only either happen when the slower cooldown has been proced from a previous stun, or it may only happen when one is pulled, rather than stunned. Otherwise, upon attempting to use the abilities while bugged, I still hear the small sound it does make when either clicking on it or using a button. Finally, I notice that the Q and R still work when using Death Surge in his Glory of Death mode, leading me to believe that it is not the physical buttons for the abilities, but the internal abilities themselves.
