TFT rant and BUG

THE BUG:

Warwick's ult (in TFT) says it stacks on-hit stuff but guinso's doesn't make attack speed go up when Warwick's ult. I'm assuming it's a bug because it's not like it would really be that OP or anything. The item is currently awful on him and that would make it sort of viable, if anything. So yea pls fix this.

THE RANT:

Oh boy Riot is digging into TFT matchmaking like they did with League so long ago. I can already feel it. Luckily you can't give me bad teammates in this mode though. IDK if they are messing with luck yet or still using RNG but if they are then well that sounds about like Riot. "Here this guy's winning a lot, lets give him everything he doesn't want and nothing that he's going for, and give the shitter players 3-star everything!". -Riot logic. IDK if they are doing this but it wouldn't surprise me. BUT what I do notice is that every time I take 1st in ranked, I take 8th the next game. They put me against ridiculous people (probably all boosters boosting people's accounts for money). Boosters have always been the biggest flaw in Riot's matchmaking. If it wasn't for boosters it might actually work.

In summoner's rift, if you win hard they give you shitty players and put you against really good players...but this wouldn't be so bad if everyone was the rank they should be...The problem is we have tens of thousands of boosters (google it if you don't believe me) so in a lot of these games the "good players" they put on the enemy team are actually diamond / challenger smurfs / boosters, and the "bad players" are the lowest of Iron division who just paid some guy to boost their account, and now feel like q'ing up in plat as if they belong there, then walk around the map aimlessly like it's their first time on summoner's rift...and don't try to tell me that 11 cs Ezreal at 20 minutes is my fault. That guy got boosted, or is playing on someone else's acct I guarantee it.

I always blame Riot but it's fair to say that boosters may be more to blame than them...but you would think Riot would account for this somehow...idk. rant over
