[GAMEPLAY] Lag-like effect happening without any actual lag.

The video shows what happened. Also shows items and state of game. Have not been able to reproduce this in a custom with friends. Not exactly sure what happened, but its most definitely not lag as i had a constant 39 ping through the entire ordeal. Watch the whole video, the effects get worse and last for about 40 seconds.
