League Client Bug?

When I was playing in blind pick, after one dodged the match. Instead of the normal pop up to play the match, a different one popped up showing 2 different options saying ' Finish what I was doing ' or ' Play game ' and the timer was for 30 seconds. I don't know if that was suppose to be there or not. When I accepted my client became all black making me dodge without wanting to.
