Game wont load after match

After my matches (win or lose), my client does not load to the stats/game overview screen. I have no LoL icon on the bottom of my screen or anything. I have to completely reload the game. When i reload the game, it says i have one running and I have to terminate it. Ive tried searching for it via task manager and what not, yet nothing. Has this happened to anyone? how do i fix this? Thanks!
