Vi Q Flash Bug

When performing Q flash (Q release followed by flash), when executed properly, sometimes Vi just walks away from the hit target which ruins the auto attack -> E follow up. I'm having difficulties coming up with the exact method for reproducing the bug though but it does happen every once in awhile for me in the practice tool.
