Log-in bug

my log-in screen always cuts off from the border outline and leaves a 90 degree black ruler shaped screen, it didn't bother me at first cause i thought this problem would be fixed but its still here and i was wondering if there was a way to get rid of it and get those sweet full screen animations going again.
