Post Game Loading time take awhile

Yes, I have disabled closed client in the options, After completing a game it takes an avg of 1-5 minutes to get to the honor your teammate screen. Its a hassle as some of my buds load in faster and it takes me a while as mine says game still in progress. Is there something that I can do that can fix this?
