[GAMEPLAY] Blitzcrank Dealt True Damage To Himself

Hopefully I created this correctly. I was playing an aram and one of the few times I actually checked my death recap, I noticed that I dealt True damage to myself as blitzcrank. I thought it was hilarious but at the same time it occured i should maybe let riot know about this. Sorry that the picture was not very good as it was in the middle of disapearing during my respawn but you can tell that it shows Blitzcrank "ASSIST" in the death recap with around 110 true damage to myself. I am not sure if it is a reproduceable glitch. The picture should be attached.
