[Gameplay] Team Disconnection

I don't know how i'm supposed to do this but here goes. I just played 4 games of ARAM, First game i was the only player allowed to move period, Second game two teammates and I were able to move everyone else in the game had no ability to move, Third game i tried to connect and was at the buffer screen for about an hour before it labeled me as a leaver, Fourth and final game three players on the opposite side of me and one of my allies were only able to move. I'm just curious on what is happening and when it might be fixed because i frequent ARAM.
