Huge lag spikes with 100mb internet speed (it's not my location)

Riot :/ please just don't ignore and fix this problem. Since your last patch (6.5) I've been having this huge ping. My internet download speed is 100mb and all my other friends that live in the same city that i live in have slower internet speeds and better ping.I get huge lag spikes (1000-5000) in every single game i play. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game but it didn't work. I tried every single fix out there and nothing worked . LOL is unplayable at this moment and i really hope you guys can fix this asap. And btw you guys punished me for 5 games by placing me in low priority queue for 10 mins just for lagging.
