Reconnect Bug?

Three games in a row and many times through out the past few days, after champion select the game goes to load and doesnt. The loader automatically switches to the reconnect button, which doesn't work. Restarting the game doesn't work, if you restart your system(which I do each time) may fix it, however by the time you do that the team has voted for a remake and you lose LP.... I've Repair the game, reinstalled the game, checked all my drivers and program updates, I have a clean internet connection,etc. I dropped two brackets because of this and I'm not the least bit impressed atm.
