Glitch then bugsplat

Ok soo I got 20 minute ban for 3 games because the game glitched out and 3 people could not enter the game till after the 3 minute mark and the next game I play after the 20 minute wait I get bugsplat.......... Is there any way to do do something about bugsplat? I dont have the time to wait 100 minutes because of something I have no control over.
