No hp bar and champion list (tab) is pretty much empty

It was just annoying...this caused me to get completely destroyed in a ranked game. If possible could u give me some lp as i really want to climb out of bronze asap? but anyways, this bug has occurred probably 4 or 5 times in my entire life while playing this game. It tends to fix itself if you restart the client (exit game and reconnect) however its still annoying because it takes time to reconnect and you could get a level or 2 behind.
