Mafia Jinx W does NOT show animation after the line

I don't have a screen shot but I Was just in a ranked game and her W would not show the animation (You would see the purple line up but the actual bullet would not fly and would instantly hit right as the purple disappeared)

It happened with the Mafia Jinx skin

i am not really like her skin Mafia,but now she has a new skin,its coming soon. regular skin is better than Mafia that what i think
