Maybe I missed something but I thought we were supposed to get a free win towards ranks we've previously achieved? I've got 3 promo games for my B2-B1 series but I achieve S3 last season..

It's only when you keep failing your promos do you get the promo helper.

Yes promo helper only exist through up to gold :D

I prefer to use my own skills to climb out instead :/
