[Client] Asking to trade champ can glitch out a players champ select

When joining champ select in an AR U.R.F game, if someone asks for a trade before your client is done loading you don't see that they asked for a trade, but the client still makes you unable to reroll your champ or trade with other people until the other player cancels the trade so if they don't cancel, you are unable to switch champ at all.
