Cannot ping in chat nor click on timers

When I input the /mute all command. It mutes everyone's pings, emotes, and chat. For the rest of the game, I cannot ping, I cannot click on buff timers or items, and I CANNOT undue it. I can undo it for everyone else but my pings are disabled and my teammate cannot see them either.
