Please fix the "long limb" bug it looks so bad

When i spend 5k HUF on a skin, (here thats a good amount of money) only to see these idiot looking extremely long limbs its awful. , When you cast a spell it looks so bad, that I seriously want a refund. Im not going to post pictures, I think ppl knows what im talking about, like Blackfrost Anivia's e, go to a custom game, record it and see it for yourself, if she casts her E her neck gets like 3 times as long, beacuse, even tho her body moves, her head stays at the same place. GIve me my money back, or do something about it, it literally takes minutes to fix it in the next patch :(.
