Says I Abandoned a game when I wasnt even on league

So I logged on to league after I lost my ranked game, because of the lag that made 2 team members DC, I logged back on too see that I say that I had left a game and telling me to reconnect, when I tried to reconnect it just black screened. I've restarted my client twice, please help.
