(MAC) Windowed Mode Issue

Hey! So Mac has had a bug which will freeze your game, if you are not moving your mouse. It is pretty frustrating to have to constantly be moving my mouse or else the screen will freeze. Riot is aware of the issue and is working on a fix, but for now they say to be play the game in windowed mode, where the issue doesn't persist which is true. The problem is when I switch to windowed mode, the bottom sliver of my game gets cut off, and i am unable to move the camera down at all. Is there a fix to this? I don't want to change my resolution size because the one down from 2560x1600 makes there space I can see the desktop and the mouse will go off of the game window when moving my mouse to the edge in order to move my camera.
