[GAMEPLAY] Stuck on Ward.

Not sure what part of this caused the bug (not sure if it's with lee sin, the trackers ward or just wards in general), but I ward hopped with the Tracker's Knife ward as Lee Sin while escaping the enemy and got trapped which caused me to get killed. It was next to a wall too, not sure if that was part of it.
