Not receiving chests when earned.

I haven't received a chest on three separate occasions with three different champions: vel'koz, lux, and vayne. I received s- or s on all of these champions, during periods that I was able to receive a chest (as indicated by my profile markings). If it was a one time thing I would just chock it up to bad luck, but three different occasions with three different champions? I am not OK with this.

To clarify:

1. I own these champions
2. I received an s- or higher on these champions
3. I received that grade while my profile said I could earn a chest.
4. I hadn't received a chest from these champions at the time.
