Not able to get into a game after this new patch.

A bunch of people here in Omaha are having connection problems that popped up after this new patch. I'm not sure about anywhere else, but when ever I try to get into a game, it disconnects me during the champ select, so I have to wait 5 mins. Or when the game is loading, so I join late. This has never happened, and other people are having the same problem in my city.

ipconfig /all document, send the information in a ticket.
include your version number in the ticket.
When you get disconnected what's the exact behavior - put it in the ticket.
The game eventually loads? Indicates not client issue, but rather a problem with your connection.
