Issues with PBE queues

Not only are Regular Queues not working but so are Ranked Queues, Also only been given one option of game mode to play (Ranked). I read around that some other people are reporting crashes during games and I am not quite sure if its the new update. This has been pretty annoying since I use PBE to test out new gameplay, features as well as to check for bugs. I hope Riot can fix this issue with a new update soon. [sg-lulu]
