Spectate Control Issues

For about the last 3 weeks, whenever I go to spectate, I can't control the viewing options. The default with the time control and target frame are up. I am unable to turn off those options and turn on the scoreboard.

I have already tried uninstall/reinstall, but that didn't work.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Doesn't work for me either, it seems its been like that since this patch, my spectate also freezes every now and then. Don't think there is a way to fix at the moment.
