hello i've been watching all LEC finals, stil just got 1 of 3 bars for completion. watching OG vs G2 right now pretty sure i get no progression again. this has been happening with more quests in the past .
so what now ? it shows my account is setup for rewards .
Its very annoying and time consuming .
Watch missions are always bugged. I gave up on them many missions ago. On top of that, you have to go to a specific site and ensure you are logged in. I would much rather go to my usual place, see twitch chat, and watch the games with a single click than to go through all of that effort for a summoner icon that I may or MAY NOT get due to bugs.

Found this on one of the treads and it worked for me - try re-watching the semi-finals instead!

Sureac4/17/2019, 4:40:31 PMSame here! Got stuck on 2 / 3. Have tried to rewatch LEC finals in the vods, still, the mission does not progress. As a passionate LEC fan, I am a bit disappointed as it seems that this icon will not be in my inventory list. :(
