enemy team surrender failed.

playing a game, the enemy team surrendered but the game continued after disconnecting 2 of the players on the enemy team. We ended up taking the nexus and ending the game but seems odd and very rare occurrence. In all the games of lol i've played this is the first time this has ever happened. has anyone else had this bug?
