[GAMEPLAY] TPA Dr. Mundo Invisible cup(cleaver)

I just played a game against a Dr. Mundo that went support and his cleavers were invisible. I could still see the animation of it being thrown, but there was no projectile for me to visually see to dodge or get hit by. I could hear the sounds it made when being thrown and also when it hit a unit. I could also see the blood splat on the unit hit, but could not see the projectile. I do not know if it is only the TPA skin or if it is with his other skins. Just incase any of this helps, the mundo started with ancient coin, had flash and exaust, and was paired in bot lane with and ezreal. Also on their team was a nasus, a jayce, and a vi. My team was braum, lucian, diana, Jarvin 4, and velkoz. PLease fix this bug as it make it almost imposible to dodge his Q because the projectile can not be seen.
