Reporting a client Bug

After the matchup session I just bugged out and I had this mini window that popped out called bugsplat error or something like that. I tried to reconnect and It kept showing me the same thing over and over again each time I tried to reconnect. I then tried shutting my pc and the game was over since my teammates surrendered and I was placed in a lower priority queue. I think that's hardly fair. Please help with this queue riot?
