Matchmaking bug - Dcer's in lobby not breaking ranked lobby's in que.

I am in a game and our top laner dc'd the lobby after picking his champ and the que never broke. It continued to let us pick and go straight into champ select. How are we supposed to trust that we can even have a proper solo q when the dynamic que is broken?
