Twisted Treeline Bots Movement Behavior

I've noticed on a few bots on Twisted Treeline, after the outer most turret is down, and they go to walk past it, they dance back and forth as if they are stuck. It seems to happen when they are retreating towards their base....and I've seen it happen on either side (blue or red side).
