Watch Yrodill's League of Legends video: @Annie Annie uses stun on the wall but still keep it afterward. Bug or am I missing something ? :o - Plays.tv

As you can see on this clip, Annie has her stun ready when she uses flash. She instantly launched her Q spell which end his path into my wall here, but Annie still have her stun afterward.

If people could explain this to me cause, in my opinion, it should've reset her passive ! Thanks

If Q doesn't hit, her stats are not consumed.... Her stats reset at the end of the spells and not at the beginning. With W and R is not a problem since both spells don't have a travel speed, her Q however does, so if for whatever reason her Q doesn't connect (windwall, zhonyas, Fizz trollpole, etc) Then her stun is ready for the next spell
