Q and R stop working

everytime i play sion my Q and R abilities stops working after 30 minutesit only happens when i play sion i don't have any more info on this but if some on coed please look in to this that'd be great

I'm having a similar issue. I've just added a little more info. Hopefully we can get this fixed. I just saw your post.
