[Gameplay] Cant walk to outside of base!

Sorry i'm not good at English, but i want to report this glitch. And this Link is Match History of game that happened.

When I play ranked game, my teammate could'nt go outside of base. 1, was not connected when game started (on the Red team). 2, He Recconected after few seconds and that glitch happened. 3, He tried to use but his champion walk to base. 4, tried to eat him to take out from base, but his champion walk to base. 5, He killed by other champion and respawned, but he could'nt. 6, He could stand outside base without move.

I think the Cause of this glitch is the move (DC walk to fountain).

I know other cases of game that this glitch happened, It was sad plz fix it asap
